these moments oft befit)

I shrugged the Help and carried on

Foolish - I - ’tis true that I
continued long this way
Not thinking that the One who helped
the standing, would help the way.
But He - knowing that I had walked in
such ign’rance of His might,
He did not leave, defied my pleas,
and He, He made my burden light.
